As lovely as Jeremy’s voice is, he talks rather slowly, and it does eventually get tiresome to manually re-change the playback speed each time I watch or re-watch one of the recorded steps along the path.

I’m not sure about this one. I get where you’re coming from, but worry someone might accidentally set the video to 2x speed and then not know how to change it back and be stuck forever at that. (People’s technical competence is often much less than we hope - especially when things like Google Translate do a terrible job of showing translations for buttons like speed - recently I noticed that in Japanese it is translated to “2 rotations” for 2x speed).
I’ll have a think and I’d welcome other opinons too
